Does anybody know whether this app collects user's data? Is this another Google monitoring device in disguise?

Although the application is available from the official Google domain, it doesn't appear to be collecting data when it's installed. I have installed it and there was no packet sent to the Google Servers. The plug-in does what it says in its official description. You can download it following the next URL.
